Do any of you parents out there know anything about the baby Einstein products,DVD & etc?
Have a 2 month old grandbaby. Thinking of getting some of these things for him. Any sugestions on which ones you liked best. Thanks……..
I had them with both of my older children, and have re-bought them for #3. The music CDs are soothing, fun and children seem to love them. My 8mo old goes to bed to the Hoiliday one every night. The videos we liked best were the musical ones, but there are art ones and word ones out now. Obviously they aren’t baby sitters, but let me tell you, for 20-30 minute to do somehting that needs to get done, or to even sit and read. They are great. Plus the music isn’t annoying like many kids videos can be!

It’s a pretty big leap of faith to understand that effect unless you personally see a toddler react to the stimulation. The Baby Einstein folks have a series of tapes (Baby Einstein, Baby Bach) that add visual stimulation to … |

As always, the spoken language is minimal, omitting the pesky verbs and adjectives that would confuse the very young. The 30-minute main program is divided int… |

Baby Einstein – Baby Neptune – Discovering Water [VHS] $3.44 If you’ve been around babies in the last few years, you’ve seen these newfangled toys that are abstract in color (or just black, white, and red) and make curious, crunching noises. Studies have shown that these types of toys stimulate newborns, expanding the capacity of their little sponge-like minds. That concept comes to the video age in Baby Einstein. This 30-minute tape is called a “video boar… |
